Cancelling a Message

Learn how to cancel the delivery of your message.

Currently through Messaging you can only cancel messages that have been programmed and whose status is as shown in the image below:

When the status of your message is 'Sent,' even if the trigger is split into batches, you can only cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team through the link: Service Center.
